Printed on high quality 350gsm silk paper
The cards come wrapped tied in festive string, and finished with a kraft label.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. If a partial or full refund is required, it will be issued back via the original method of payment. Return postage charges will not be refunded.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, refunds or exchanges will not be offered on items that have been commissioned or made specifically to accomodate an individual's request.
To return an item, please let me know via email sophia@fromthenightowl.com if you would like a refund or exchange. I will then provide an address to return the item to.
Parcels are returned at your own cost. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as no responsibility will be accepted for your parcel until it is recieved back into the store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Items are always packaged with the greatest care to protect them during transit. However if a product arrives damaged on receipt, please notify me immediately (no more than 7 days) via email sophia@fromthenightowl.com, and if possible, include pictures of the damage. If I am not notified within 7 days it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods.
Larger items may need to be returned for inspection. All postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for valid damage claims.
SHIPPING INFO
Delivery charges vary per item(s) dependent upon size and weight.
Smaller items will be shipped by Royal Mail, 1st Class - from £3.50
Larger items will be shipped by Royal Mail, Tracked 24 - from £8.50
International shipping will be via Royal Mail Standard International Shipping.
Delivery Times:
We aim to ship items as soon as we can (within 1-3 business days).
Once the item is shipped, approximate UK delivery times are 1-2 days via 1st Class Royal Mail.
International Parcels sent via Standard post have the following approximate delivery times:
Western Europe: 3-5 working days
Eastern Europe: 5-7 working days
USA / Rest of World: 5-14 working days.

Customs
For deliveries outside the UK, please be aware that you may incur customs and duty charges to recieve your parcel in your country. It is your responsibility to pay all customs and duty charges. This process can also cause delays, which are beyond our control.
